Network Scanner performs ping sweep, scans for open TCP and UDP ports, resource shares, services and for the devices with the SNMP capability, it displays basic properties and available interfaces.

Network Scanner displays the IP Address, MAC Address, MAC Vendor, Name, Domain, User, OS and Description information once you performed a ping sweep. It also displays more information on the General tab of each device on the network type flags (Server, workstation, SQLSERVER, DOMAIN_CTRL, TERMINALSERVER, etc.). On the rest of the tabs, it shows the results of port scans, services and SNMP, and shared resources.
The installation process is very easy to perform; there is no documentation or help files available on the program.
